The Benefits of Variety in Your Workout


Many of us have tried working out and quit for one reason or another. We talk to many new clients about their previous workouts and many of them say that they got sick of their old plan or they just can't stick to their workouts because they lose interest. When we dig deeper and ask about the regimen they usually say that they have been on the treadmill and that is it or they do the same weights over and over.
